About Us
Clutter distracts us, creates stress, and robs us of our time and self-purpose. At Sacred Space Organizing, our signature 5-Step Process will permanently clear your clutter and restore order in your home, allowing you to become happier and more productive in all you do.
Origin Story
Erin Neumann is a West Point graduate, former Army Captain, and has her Masters in Business Administration.
After her service, Erin worked as a Technical Writer for the Army Corps of Engineers.
Going from jumping out of planes 🪂 and disarming bombs 💣 to a soul-crushing desk job was a tough transition.
During her MBA program, Erin studied Organizational Behavior where she discovered the profound impact organizing has on our lives.
Always following her heart, Erin left her job and leveraged her gift of implementing processes that streamline operations, starting Sacred Space Organizing in 2014.
She made it her life's mission to share this knowledge with others.
More than anything, Erin is exceptionally proud of the team at Sacred Space Organizing and grateful for the clients we have the honor and privilege to serve.
Our Purpose is to inspire others to live intentionally, change lives, honor the earth, and bless our neighbors in need.

The dedicated team behind our success
Rachel riemann | Director of operations
With her Masters degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Education, Rachel spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher before channeling her passion for productivity into Professional Organizing.
Rachel brings both heart and strategy to everything she does. As our Director of Operations, she leads the team from the front by setting an exceptional example of the Sacred Space Organizing standard.
She loves the sense of empowerment organizing brings to clients—and genuinely enjoys building meaningful connections along the way.
A firm believer that coffee counts as breakfast, she also believes a good sense of humor is like a label maker for life: It makes everything more manageable. Lucky for us, she comes armed with both.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Rachel snuggled up watching movies with her family or enjoying a slow, solo stroll down every aisle at Target.
Stacey Horton | Professional Organizer
Stacey has her Bachelors of Science in Social Work and maintains her deep desire to help others succeed in life.
She thrives on a challenge, which is why basements and garages are her favorite spaces to tackle. She sees them as big puzzles made up of lots of small pieces—and she’s great at putting them together.
Stacey is passionate about helping people create homes they truly love.
She brings a thoughtful, caring approach to every client project and finds joy in turning everyday spaces into places that feel calm, functional, and welcoming.
Outside of organizing, Stacey loves spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, decorating, and traveling.
Stacey’s warm personality and genuine desire to help make clients feel instantly at ease. We feel so fortunate to have her on our team.
Abigail Williams | Professional Organizer
Abby is an Air Force Veteran (hello, Captain Williams 🫡) and has her PhD in Pharmacy!
When she’s not providing functional medicine support, you’ll find her working with us in the field by applying her vast knowledge to expertly organize clients.
That’s because Abby loves the powerful transformation that comes from organizing—both the creation of a beautiful space and the relief it brings to everyone she works with.
She enjoys the process just as much as the conversations, stories, and memories that naturally unfold while working together.
Fun fact: Abby has lived in Alabama, Illinois, North Dakota, Hawaii, and St. Louis.
Abby has a well-known weakness for books and cookbooks, so she’s always happy to help clients “lighten the load” in that department.
Our core Values
-
Love is the center of everything we do; it’s our very essence.
We love so deeply our clients and team feel it at a fundamental level with every interaction.
We always choose love over fear, power over force.
-
As humble servants we express our gifts in a joyful, purpose-driven, life-fulfilling fashion.
Through the work we do, we positively impact not only our own lives, but everyone we have the privilege to serve.
We rise by lifting others.
-
Living in a state of gratitude facilitates a never-ending stream of well-being.
In our state of appreciation, we prime ourselves to receive gloriously wonderful things; like a powerful magnet we draw in even more things to be grateful for!
We’re infinitely grateful for the opportunity to serve others and support our families doing work we love.
-
What we focus on grows.
We see the good in all things, people, and circumstances and believe the highest good is always unfolding, no matter what we see from our human perspective.
We know thoughts become things and a positive attitude cultivates an extraordinary life.
-
We don’t just transform spaces, we transform lives from the inside out.
As we guide clients through our signature SSO 5 Step Process they learn how to let go of things that no longer serve them, creating an internal paradigm shift in how they view the world so they can focus on the things that really matter.
This shift brings them in alignment with their highest potential so they can live an intentional life full of meaning and purpose.
-
No matter the circumstances, we remain non-judgmental and empathetic to others’ feelings and emotions while displaying confidence, passion, and appreciation in all we do.
-
Everyone has a different definition of integrity.
To us, integrity means creating alignment between our words, actions, and values.
It’s doing what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
Integrity is the foundation of every sacred space we create—because trust starts with truth and our word is everything.
Inspired by Mari Kondo
From the Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up | Keep Only What Brings You Joy
"Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray." -Rumi
We’re inspired by the KonMari process (from “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up").
Our goal is to leave you surrounded with the things you love because we believe that’s the best way to nurture your intention.
Sacred Space Organizing’s mission
