Investment: $75 / hour per organizer

In-Person Consultation ($75)

Home Organizing ($75 / hr)
Together, we will create breathing room (and peace) in your life by organizing your space one category at a time. We’ve found we need a minimum of 5 hours to show significant improvement, no matter what the project.
We get one chance to make a first impression. Make sure customers see you at your best and your employees are working as efficiently as possible. Together, we’ll increase productivity, streamline processes, and save both you and your employees time and energy in the future.
Moving & Downsizing ($75 / hr)
Moving is stressful! We’ll lend you a hand and lighten your load before, during, or after your move. You don’t have to undertake the daunting tasks of moving, decluttering, packing, unpacking and decision making on your own. Together, we’ll simplify your move so you can enjoy your new home and beautiful life.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching at Sacred Space Organizing is a natural extension of our organizing work—because true transformation happens when we clear both physical and emotional clutter. Designed to help you slow down, tune in, and move forward with clarity—so you can create a life that’s not just organized, but deeply aligned and intentional.
Sacred Space VIP Membership—by invite only ($337 / mo)
Designed for clients who are committed to maintaining the peace and order we've created together. Benefits include priority scheduling, discounted sessions, seasonal refreshes, personalized concierge support—and more. Together, we’ll reset the systems we implement so you NEVER rebound.
Investment:
Our rate is $75 per hour per ($150 / hour for two Professional Organizers, etc.) with a five hour minimum. Rates are calculated based on the total time spent on the project, including categorizing, minimizing, organizing, systemizing, packing, unpacking, and other related activities.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancelations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $150 cancelation fee charged to the card on file. Clients more than 30 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no-show and the same fee will apply. Thank you for understanding this policy ensures we honor the time of our team and our clients.
Estimates:
Please note any time estimates provided are approximate and are intended to serve as a general guide—not a guarantee. The actual time required may vary based on your level of participation, decision making speed, amount of items remaining to be organized, changes to the project scope once we begin, etc.
Payment Terms:
Payment for consultations is due at time of booking; payment for services is due once you’re thrilled with the results. All payments are final, non-transferrable, and non-refundable.
Service Areas:
We service all areas located within St. Louis, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, and O’Fallon MO. Areas commonly served include West County, South County, Balwin, Clayton, Chesterfield, Crestwood, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Fenton, Frontenac, Kirkwood, Ladue, Manchester, and Webster Groves. If you live outside our service area an additional fee may apply (see below).
Travel Fee:
For clients located outside of St. Louis, an additional fee may apply for travel time. We’ll be sure to clearly communicate this during our consultation. Please contact us for more details.
